Abigail Carney is a consultant and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience working with arts, cultural and creative industry businesses on vision / mission development; programme and business planning; audience development and engagement; marketing, communications and sales; research and evaluation.

Abigail is a facilitator and focus group moderator who devises and delivers sessions with boards and staff teams to identify issues and opportunities, and solutions and strategies to achieve success. Her reputation has also led to work beyond the arts sector in tourism, education and health.

As a trainer Abigail has devised and delivered workshops on marketing for the British Council for Festival Directors  in Ukraine and Vietnam and for The Arts Council of Malta in Valetta. She devised and delivered the Marketing Module on the MA Cultural & Festival Management programme for Queen Margaret University from 2011 to 2017.
